I specialize in working with successful professionals who look put-together on the outside but carry a heavy internal load. The constant overthinking. The relentless self-criticism. The relationship patterns that feel impossible to change.
I understand what it's like to hold yourself to impossible standards while managing everyone else's needs. My approach isn't about adding more to your plate—it's about finally putting down what you've been carrying alone.
I don't believe in endless, open-ended therapy. We work together with clear goals, evidence-based methods, and regular check-ins on your progress. You'll always know where we're headed and why.
My Approach
I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and attachment-based approaches—selecting what works best for your specific patterns and goals. Therapy should fit you, not the other way around.
