Meet Your Counselor

Welcome! I’m Lydia Wolfe, LPC-Associate (#96568) Supervised by Heather Reynolds, LPC-S. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and provide therapy for adults and couples (ages 18 and up). I’m passionate about creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward in your life. I see therapy as a collaborative process where your insight and lived experience lead the way. My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges such as trauma, anxiety, sexual concerns, relationship issues, or the complexities of autism. Creating space for people from diverse backgrounds is a privilege I hold with care. I enter each therapeutic relationship with curiosity, openness, and respect for your lived experience. Whether you're carrying pain from the past, feeling overwhelmed in the present, or unsure about the future, we’ll work together to help you feel more grounded, connected, and equipped for what’s ahead.

Tailored For You

I am trained in various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and many others. This diverse training allows me to customize my approach to meet your specific needs. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, or personal growth, I use a range of techniques to provide effective and personalized care.
