About Lydia | LPC-Associate in Bryan/College Station

Portrait of Lydia Wolfe

Lydia Wolfe, LPC-Associate

I specialize in working with professionals who look put-together on the outside but carry a heavy internal load. The constant overthinking. The relentless self-criticism. The relationship patterns that feel impossible to change.

I understand what it's like to hold yourself to impossible standards while managing everyone else's needs. My approach isn't about adding more to your plate, it's about finally putting down what you've been carrying alone.

We’ll work together with clear goals, evidence-based methods, and regular check-ins on your progress. You’ll always know where we’re headed and why, so you feel supported and never alone in the process.

I offer in-person counseling in Bryan and College Station, Texas, with online sessions available statewide.
Supervised by Heather Reynolds, LPC-S.

My Evidence-Based Approach

I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and attachment-based approaches, selecting what works best for your specific patterns and goals. Therapy should fit you, not the other way around.

Outside the therapy room

When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me playing with my puppies, Sunny and Holly. I believe therapists are people too, and I bring my whole self to this work, including the parts that understand struggle, growth, and the courage it takes to ask for help.
